At Viola Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure the hair extensions have not been removed from the gold hygiene ties and the packaging remains intact; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products.
- 2.Request a Return
Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated returns shipping address.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack your items including the original invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send your return via a tracked service; once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
